- We work with employers, unions, community organizations and workforce agencies to provide a range of education and training services.
- This includes overall program design, training needs assessments, curriculum development, recruitment work-plans, program evaluation, funding and sustainability strategies, and coaching to training directors.
- We work with unions to develop and expand union-member labor education programs to increase the class consciousness, political awareness, and knowledge and skills of workers to increase the. activist base of the union.

- This includes designing and scaling new workforce initiatives based on a comprehensive analysis and assessment of employer-specific workforce needs and long-term funding strategies.
- Our work with union and management partners is informed by the best practices and successful models institutionalized in several sectors including health and child-care, aerospace, and grocery retail.
